Remote Technical Support

Some issues can be diagnosed and repaired remotely. Follow instructions below to initiate a remote repair session:

1. Download our QuickSupport by TeamViewer File.

2. If asked, save file in known location (e.g. Desktop)

3. Locate and start QuickSupport install by clicking or double-clicking.

4. If asked "Do you want to run this file?", click Run or Yes.

5. You may be asked if you want this file to make changes to your computer. Click "yes".

6. Find on the new window YOUR ID and PASSWORD.

7. Call The Design House Plus. The service tech will need Your ID and Password to initiate a support session.

8. Please have your credit card ready. Minimum charge $25.00.
